Making Contact

Your courage to make contact is met by my empathy, and commitment to alleviate your symptoms. Let’s talk over the phone to book your first appointment.

First Session

We gather information, explore your awareness of your challenges, and experience what it is like working together.

Continuing Process

We contract working together on a 4 weekly review. Exploring, processing, reflecting on your thoughts, feelings and freedom of choices.

Courage, Change, Continue

Have courage to make healthy changes and continue living your life with more curiosity, compassion and contentment.

About me

Maggie Murray Counselling

 I’m an accredited and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Reg MBACP (accred)

I work from a pluralistic perspective and I’m currently training in Compassion Focused Therapy as part of my continued professional development.

My intention throughout the therapeutic relationship with you is to establish and maintain trust, mutual respect, and integrity.

When lockdown lifts I will be offering appointments in various outdoor spaces to engage in walking side by side and sit and using the outdoor space to process your life events through using natural materials and metaphors.
